First Lady Donna Brown

First Lady Donna Gale Lewis Brown is married to Pastor Henry Brown. They have been married for 45 years. They have been working together as a team at the First Trinity Church of God in Christ at 981 Marshall Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota for the past 32 years. She is a Prayer Warrior, Anointed Speaker and the Virtuous Woman mentioned in Proverbs.

Donna is an Evangelist Missionary and works as the Director of the Women’s Ministries for the church. This is a full time job and keeps her very busy. In addition, she is the founder of the Interfaith Prayer Network, a prayer ministry. Ministry is her passion. The Interfaith Prayer Network was founded 11 years ago. Broadcasting in seven states and locally on the internet through the 24/7 Radio broadcast of the Grace Media Network, you can hear prayer going forth.

The broadcasts are strictly given to prayer and the special requests of the callers with a 24 Prayer Request Line so that anyone who needs to can call and receive prayer. She also sponsors the “Concert of Healing” events, a quarterly prayer meeting where prayer partners pray for all kinds of healing. Healing of sickness and disease, pain and hurts, brokenness, relationships, mental illnesses, addictions, impoverished conditions and of course, salvation. Anyone and everyone are invited to come. This prayer meeting is held at the Best Western Kelly Inn Hotel in St. Paul, MN. A group of prayer partners is available for this special prayer.

Donna is multi-talented and turned her hobby of sewing into a business in 1986 when she left her job at Group Health, Inc and opened her first business. Les Soeur Fashions, custom dressmaking, specializing in weddings. Today, because of the demand on time, she no longer sews or does weddings. However, the hobby turned business still exists as Les Chapeaux Hat Shop & Boutique. A retail business featuring Upscale Hats and Clothing for women and is done by appointment only. It is a business that involves the entire family.

Donna, is very family-oriented and dearly loves her family, she declares “I love it when the whole family gets together for special gatherings or even casually. It is just the best! I have such a wonderful family. And in that same vein, I have a very dear church family.

I am a pastor’s wife that is truly blessed. Our church is a family that shows great love. “The members treat me like their mom, or older sister, I just love all of them.”

“I thank God for his blessings, the life that I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.” A cancer survivor, I love the life I live. Every moment is precious, the people are precious, and this journey gets sweeter as the years go by.

Donna is the very proud mother of Kimberly and grandmother of Shannen.
